Manage or Create an Attachment Type


The purpose of the attachment type is to specify what document is being scanned into the patient's chart for ease of depiction
Patient's Chart:

      1. When adding an attachment in a patient's chart, users able to specify the document type

Where to go?

       1. Users may manage their attachment type under List->Misc->Attached Document Type
       2. Once under Attached Document Type, Click Create or Make Inactive to delete
