Artificial Intelligence Terms of Service

The transcribe and rephrase features are optional features within the QuickEMR system. Enabling and using them indicates your acceptance of the following terms of service.

  1. This feature will incur additional charges starting at $30 per provider per month (subject to change). Setting the "Enable AI Transcribe" checkbox globally or on a single user indicates you agree to these additional fees.
  2. The user enabling the feature has the authority to make financial and functional decisions on behalf of the practice. Enabling the feature requires a user to have the permissions to "View" and "Edit" "Practice Settings". A permission that indicates the user has been entrusted with management of the practice.
  3. The information generated by the AI tools are suggestions and must be reviewed and edited by the rendering provider before accepting the suggestion and completing the note.
  4. Usage price will be pro-rated based on the number of notes completed by the provider. Providers considered 1/4, 1/2, or 3/4 time will be charged the corresponding percentage of the AI charges.
  5. Charge is not subject to usage of the AI feature itself.
  6. Usage is assumed to follow these averages: 10 minutes of recorded voice per note, 4000 words/note, 10 notes/provider/day,  24 work days/month. Usage of the feature in excess of these averages may result in increased pricing.
  7. Usage of the feature that is considered abusive in the eyes of the QuickEMR staff may cause the feature to be permanently disabled for the practice.
