Bulk Update Diagnosis
Purpose:
-Simultaneously update all diagnosis codes for all notes within a patient's case
-Intended for Federal Workman's Comp practices only

Where to find and how to use the bulk update feature?
1. Navigate to the case tab within the patient's case
2.Locate the diagnosis list and select 'Add/Edit' to make the necessary updates to include the desired DX codes for import into your notes
3. Once the list is updated, click 'Bulk'

4. Checkmark the notes you would like to update (at default all will be checked)
5. Agree to the terms and click 'Bulk Update'

What Permissions are needed to allow a user to bulk update dx codes?
Users must have access to the case and the 'Bulk Update Diagnosis Codes' permission, or they need to be designated as a 'Super User' to use this feature.
This feature must be turned on by QuickEMR for you. (Settings->Documentation->Show bulk update of diagnosis.). This setting is hidden only for QuickEMR to manange.
