Cases and Patients Overview (Adding a new patient)




Where are my cases and patients listed?


1. All patients and cases created in the system can be found under List-> Cases/Patients
This list allows you to directly select and view a patients Case or any of their Notes within the case.  The report will also show general information, such as the patient's name, DOB, Patient Type, and Referral Date. 

Any information put into the Case Description text box within the case will populate in the corresponding Case Description column in Case/Patients.
