Deleting a Insurance from a patient's chart

      *If there is a active note on file and the user needs to delete a insurance, the "Effective from" date will need to be changed
      1. Click edit to change the effective from date

Edit Insurance:

       1. The effective from date will need to be changed to a future date that exceeds the dos on the most recent note on file 
         *Doing this will allow the user to be able to delete the insurance on file

Making a Insurance Inactive


1. Updating the effective through date will allow the user to add another primary on file and make the previous primary insurance inactive.
