Viewing Completed Note Warning:

Another safeguard to ensure that a completed note is not being edited is to prompt the system to warn the user when they are viewing a already completed note.

To enable this settings:
1. Navigate to Settings --> Documentation
2. Check the box off for "Warn when visiting a completed note."
3. Press Save.

After the setting is enabled, you will see both a form warning and a warning within the notes banner, notifying the user that they are visiting a completed note.
