Manually Sending Reminder Calls

Patients Chart: Subscribing a patient to reminder Calls & Text

1. Navigate to the patient information tab within the patient's chart.
2. Add a phone number to enroll the patient for reminder calls or text messages.
3. Select either text or calls according to the patient's preference.
*If both options are chosen, the patient will receive two reminders, through text and call.

Sending Reminder Calls & Text

      1. Reminder calls can be sent through the following menu Schedule->Reminder Calls
      2. Choose the date of appointments you would like to send
      3. Click Find Reminders

Message Type

      1. Select the message type you would like to send.
            User are able to change the context of the messages by calling 1800-notify, but they cannot change the title of the message type
      2. Click Send Reminder
Patient Confirms Appointment:

      1. When a patient confirms their appointment either through text or call. The appointment will automatically change to the confirmed color code.
           (Flag colors can be changed under Settings->Scheduler

Reminder Call Log

      1.Reminder Calls and Text can be tracked through the Reminder Call Log located under Schedule->Reminder Call Log
      2.Click on the Job ID to generate the batch
