Objective Measurement (Test/Measure Set up)

Creating New Test and Measurements (objective current): Where to go?


1. The objective measurements can be managed under Documentation->Test/Measurement Setup

Step 1: Create or Edit a Category



1. Click add to create a new category or click edit to update an existing category
2. Type the category name

Note Perspective: Category Name
*This is how the category will appear on the note

Step 2: Create or Edit a Group Name


**you may need to find the category you created and click the category name before creating the group
1. Group field will open and click add to create or edit to update
2. Add a group name and if applicable, input column headings
(Column headings for group will display on the printed form of the note)

Step 3: Create or Edit a Test/Measurement


**click on the group name you just entered to open the test/measure field
1. click add to create or edit to update
2. Create the test/measure

Step 4: Create or Edit a Data Field


**Click on the Test/Measure you just created
1.Click on one of the three column 
2. Click Edit
3. Enter a column prompt if necessary and select the data type
(This column prompt is for internal purposes only and will only display for the provider)


Data Types:
a.
Text field- is a open text box
b. Numerical Range - only allows the therapist to input numerical values
c. Select List - Allows the user to create a drop down list from which the therapist can select

How to upload my Objective template on the note?


1. User can add a measurement to a note by going to the Objective Current tab 
2. Click Add Measure
3. Select the group or individual measure that you would like to add
