Pricing

  1. Set-up Fee: $250                    
  2. Monthly Fee: Percentage based off Net Collections
  3. Minimum Monthly Fee: $150.00
  4. QuickEMR Documentation Fee: Waived for Billing Clients
  5. Postage: Current rates, no upcharge
  6.  Visits required to be written-off due to no authorization: $5.00 per visit
  7. Adjusting patient responsibility amounts without a Financial Hardship: 3.00%
  8.  Collection Agency Set-up Fee (optional): $50
  9. Insurance eligibility/Benefit verification: $12 each
  10. Authorizations: $6 each
  11. Contracting / Credentialing:
                        $300 Medicare per application
                        $200 per Payer per application
                        $50 Recredential/Resubmission
                        $25 Letter of Interest per Payer

Referral Incentive

Refer a client to QuickEMR Billing Services and receive a $500.00 or 10% discount, whichever is greater, for the month the new client begins services.
