Signature request to a referring physician via email

Settings: Enable the Signature Request Feature

1. Ensure that the signature request is enabled, this feature should be checked by default.
      Users may find this under Settings->Referring portal

Initiating a Signature Request
step 1:

1. Users may send a signature request by accessing a note, click actions-> Referring Signature

Step 2: 

1. Users will be given the option to send an invite to the physician via 3 methods.
      A. Copy and paste the invite URL in a custom email to send to a patient
      B. Send an email invite directly from QEMR with your associated email on file
      C. Scan or take screenshot of the QR code to send to the referring physician

Referring Physician Perspective

1. Referring physician will see the following and sign the following documentation

Capturing Physician Signature 

1. The physician signature is captured for the document under the note's attachment tab.
2. The system will mark the note as signature received upon capturing the physician's signature.

Status Update

1. A status update is given in the contact log notifying the user whether the signature has been completed.
