Message Subscription Report

Message Subscription Report

QuickEMR provides a built-in report that allows you to easily view which patients have opted in to receive reminder calls and marketing calls. This report helps you manage patient communication preferences and ensure compliance with consent requirements.

The Patient Call Subscription Report displays a list of patients along with their subscription statuses for both reminder and marketing calls. From this report, you can quickly identify:

  • Patients who have agreed to receive appointment reminder calls.

  • Patients who have consented to marketing or promotional calls.

  • Patients who have opted out of either or both types of communication.

This tool is especially useful for verifying that patient contact preferences are correctly recorded before sending out automated calls or messages.

To Generate the Message Subscription Report:

1. Navigate to Reports --> Connect --> Message Subscription.
2. Select the appropriate date range and Facility.
3. Select an other desired filters, such as subscribed, unsubscribed, and blocked callers.
4. Press Get Results.

Once generated, the report will display all patients who have subscribed to reminder calls or marketing calls. The report includes two key columns — Text and Calls — which indicate each patient’s communication preferences.

  • Within these columns, you’ll see the following indicators:

    • R – Subscribed to reminder communications

    • M – Subscribed to marketing communications

In addition, the Number Status column identifies the type and validity of the patient’s phone number. This status will display whether the number is a mobile, landline, invalid, or blocked number.
