QuickEMR Telehealth

QuickEMR offers built-in telehealth integration with Zoom and Doxy, enabling your practice to connect with patients directly within the system. This means you can conduct telehealth visits without leaving the software. 
**Before you begin, you will need to set up a recurring meeting within Zoom or create a room in Doxy.  This link will then be used within QuickEMR, along with the corresponding Meeting Pass.

How to Enable Telehealth

1. Navigate to Settings --> Add-Ons.
2. Locate the Telehealth box and choose either Zoom, Doxy, or both.
3. Enter the appropriate Meeting Link and Meeting Pass for the meeting/room that you have previously created in Zoom or Doxy.
4. Press the Save button.

How to Enable for Each User

Once you have added your meeting information into your global settings, you will now need to enter the meeting information under the users that you would like to have the ability to meet with patients via Zoom or Doxy.
1. Navigate to Lists --> Users.
2. Select the user and navigate to the Settings tab.
3.  Enter the meeting link, ID, and pass under API Connections.
4. Press the Save button.

How to Connect With Patients

1. Navigate to a patient's case file and start your telehealth documentation.
2. Hover over the Actions button and select either Zoom or Doxy.
3. Once the new window opens containing the QR code, press E-Mail to send the link to the patient.
4. Open Zoom/Doxy and join the meeting.
