Script Fulfilled Report

The Script Fulfilled Report will generate a list of all patient Scripts within a specific date range, including the amount of prescribed visits and whether that script was met.

Where to go     

1. The Script Fulfilled Report can be found by navigating to Reports --> Insurance --> Script Fulfilled.


Script Fulfilled

1. Enter the From and To dates that you would like to run the report for.  This would be the date range of any entered Script within the patients cases.
2. Choose the desired Facility and Patient Type.
3. Press "Get Results" to generate the report.

The report will show the patients that have a Script within the specified date range.  The color coding will show what weeks the script was met, under the max amount of visits, over the amount of visits, or outside the date range. 


Add/Update Scripts

The Script Fulfilled report is based off of the information entered under the Auth/Script tab within each patients Case.  To add or update a script:
1. Navigate to a patient's case and select the Auth/Script tab.
2. Press the plus icon to add a new script, or press Edit to update a current script.
3. Enter the respective Start and End Date.
4. Enter the total Prescribed visits, Visits Per Week, and Number of Weeks.
5. Press Submit.

The system will auto-track the Script's visit statistics based upon the appointment status on the patients' scheduled appointments.
