1. Users may add a new treatment exercise under List->General->Treatment Exercise Description
2. Once under Treatment Exercise Description, Click Create
Flowsheet
Within the Exercise box in the Charges tab, you can also create a flowsheet that includes all of the exercises for the patient since the beginning of their case visits.
1. Navigate to the Charges tab within the patients case.
2. Click the Flowsheet button.
This will generate a report of all the visits and the exercises that were performed during each visit. Marking the checkbox for "Exercise Performed" will show only the exercises that were marked "Done" within the exercise column. Unchecking will show all exercises that have been documented. Furthermore, if unchecked, only the exercises that were performed by the patient will be highlighted blue.
