Case - Patient Allergies

Case - Patient Allergies

On the Patient tab within the patients Case, there is a section labeled Patient Allergies.  Here, you can specify any specific allergens, reaction to the allergen, and its severity.  These allergies will be displayed as a Form Notice when the patient is put onto the Appointment Book for scheduling.

How To Add:

1. Navigate to the patients Case and select the Patient tab.
2. Scroll down to the Patient Allergies box and press the Plus icon.
3. Enter the Allergen, Reaction, Severity, and a short Description.
4. Press Save.
If changes need to be made, these allergies can be edited by pressing the Edit button.  You also have the ability to rearrange the list of allergies by simply clicking and holding the three dots, then dragging the allergy to its appropriate place on the list.

Once the patient is scheduled within the Appointment Book, a Form Notice will display that includes the listed allergies.
