Creating a new case for an existing patient? (Cloning a case)
There are two methods to create a new case for an existing patient.
Method 1:
1. Navigate to List->Cases/Patients
2. Click Create
1. Search for the patient that would like to create a case for and click Search.
2. Find the case you would like to copy and click Clone Case.
Method 2:
1. Navigate to List->Cases/Patients
2. Search for the patient's case
1. Find the case information tab
2. Click New Case
3. Input the required Data and click Continue
New Case Creation
The patient and insurance information will be carried over to the new case.
All associated cases will be linked to the patient profile and can be accessed using the drop down menu in the green summary box.
