Where to Go
To view, add, or edit adjusters within the system, navigate to Lists → Adjusters. From this section, you can manage your existing adjuster records or create new ones as needed.
To add a new Adjuster:
1. Click the Create button.
2. Enter the First and Last name of the adjuster.
3. Enter any other information as needed.
4. Press the Save button.
Set Adjust Within the Case
Once the adjuster list is populated, you can set the adjuster within the patients case. To do so:
1. Navigate to the patients Case file and select the Case tab.
2. Select the correct adjuster in the corresponding Adjuster dropdown list.
3. Press the Save button.
Report
To view a report that contains a list of all patients and their adjusters, you will need to:
1. Navigate to Reports --> General --> Case List.
2. Select the appropriate date range.
**Selecting the All Dates checkbox will show all patients since the beginning of your system.
3. Select the Show Details checkbox.
4. Press Get Results.
The report generates a lot of patient information with many columns. To view the Adjuster column, you will need to use the horizontal scroll bar to navigate to the end of the report.
Note: All columns are click-sortable. This means that if you click the Adjuster column header, it will sort all patients alphabetically by the Adjuster column.
