How to Copy from One Previous Note to Another

Customize Note Details: Verify the Mapping Name

1. Before copying a note, verify that the fields you would like to carry forward contain the same mapping name between each document type
The mapping name determines where the fields will be copied and carried forward from

The therapist will have a few shortcuts to create a note
1. The therapist can create a note by going to the appointment book and clicking the "blank paper icon"
OR
2. Go to the patient's chart under the "Main" tab and click create

Copying from a previous note on file

1. The therapist can copy from the same case or type another case in the text field
Then select the note they would like to copy from.

2. Select the sections you would like to carry forward into the new note
